This hotel offers luxurious amenities that cater to all your needs. the exclusive Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool are perfect for relaxation. the outdoor pool has jacuzzi and beach access is amazing, and there is even a night club for entertainment. the staff is attentive, offering treatment services like manicure, pedicure and beauty treatments. This venue is perfectly located near various parks, offering transportation from and to the airport as well as the parks. Cons: the room service is a bit slow, taking around 1.5 hours for hot water, other than this, everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time at the hotel and enjoyed all the amusement parks that were included. The location was perfect, close to exclusive restaurants in both hotels, and we loved the variety of food available at the hotel. The service was impeccable and our room was spacious, clean and had a great view. We really appreciated the USB charging ports in the room, and the facilities were top-notch.

It would have been helpful to have more information about the process and expectations upfront.

The resort is amazing and has a great atmosphere. The pool temperature is perfect and the staff at the pool bars are attentive and make amazing cocktails. The parks are unique and inspiring. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel’s impressive facilities, such as the multiple stunning pools and the amusement park access that made each day an adventure. The staff was incredibly attentive and well-informed about the hotel’s features, making our stay hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, being close to local attractions like restaurants and transportation, and the parking was very convenient for us. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and really made us feel at ease.

My partner and I stayed at Xcaret Arte for a relaxing week-long getaway. The hotel is beautifully nestled in the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery. We particularly enjoyed trying out the different restaurants, with Apapachoa and Encanta being our absolute favorites. The vegan options were outstanding! Our spacious room was tastefully furnished, and we loved the private beach for some peaceful relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the complimentary access to all the parks was a fantastic bonus.

The hotel design and exterior were amazing, with beautiful architecture and a stunning blend of trees and plants. the inclusion of multiple activities from Xcaret parks, as well as food from various restaurants, was a huge plus. the staff were nice and helpful, always going above and beyond to satisfy our requests.

Check, in took an unreasonably long time and the staff were unprofessional and rude. There were many hidden rules and restrictions that took away from the fun, such as not being able to reserve a restaurant on the day of arrival and limited access to certain areas.
